New From Jeti – MSpeed 450 EX Sensor
Jeti Telemetry MSpeed 450 EX sensor uses dynamic pressure to measure the true airspeed of your model. Dynamic pressure is measured, using a pitot tube, by finding the difference in ram air pressure and static air pressure. The MSpeed 450 EX allows you to set both a low speed alarm and a high speed alarm.

Let’s take a trip to Davis, CA. Here Team Pilot Peter Vogel attended the Woodland/Davis Pattern Spectacular contest (June 21st and 22nd). A turnout of 20 pilots competed in various classes including Sportsman, Intermediate, Advanced, Masters, MP-15, and FAI (P15 & F15) with our very own team pilot walking away with Second place (intermediate)! Daniel Lipton (a recent Jeti convert) placed third. Congrats to all the winners at the Woodland/Davis Pattern Spectacular!
Scorpion HKIII 4020
The Scorpion HKIII-4020 Series Motor is designed for using on 550 class helicopters running on 6 to 8-cell Li-Po power. This motor represents the most technologically advanced power source ever offered for a 550 class electric helicopter.
Scorpion Competition Series Brushless Motors are built from the best materials available, and are designed to provide both quality and performance at an affordable price. Scorpion starts with high quality aluminum alloy parts that are produced on the latest CNC milling machines. These parts are then gold Electro-Coated to provide a beautiful, long-lasting finish. The stators are made with 0.2mm laminations to give maximum efficiency, and minimum Eddy current losses. The stators are epoxy coated to prevent shorts, and are wound with wire that is rated at 180 degrees C (356 F). Meet Matt Griffitt
Matt Griffitt defines the word Driven. He started off flying pattern in late 2012 and by 2013 he was winner of the Sportsman Championship. To this day, Matt remains reigning champ of the Sportsman category for District 3. Since 2013 he has competed in Intermediate where he has walked away with both 4th and 2nd place. In his spare time, you can find Matt flying out of Prattville’s Fountain City Flyers club. ” I enjoy the people in the RC community and look forward to having a strong finish to the season with Esprit Model in 1st and 2nd for the nation.” Welcome to the Team Matt!
