Version 3.07 for R4US, R5US, R6US, R7-9-11US

With this update receivers can now:
– Be used in either PPM or Servo output mode
– Be used in Clone, Normal or Telemetry Only modes
– Allow failsafe programming for all 16 channels of PPM output
