The Falcon product line represents advanced speed controllers for exclusive use in airplanes, drones, sailplanes or any kind of radio control application. With integrated telemetry and various possibilities of optional user configuration, the controllers offer high efficiency, low weight and precise motor control. The telemetry system in the Elite Falcon ESC lets you monitor in real time the Amperage (Amp), Voltage (V), and Capacity (mAh) consumed from the battery, ESC even calculates Power (W) output of the system. You can also measure the ESC Temperature and add external Motor Temperature and Propeller Positioning sensors. The Elite Falcon line of Brushless ESCs adds another revolutionary feature utilizing Backup Battery Integration. We have created a more robust hardware platform including increased cooling capability, smaller overall packaging, and selectable sensitivity to allow you to use any brushless motor that you choose. New Addition to Our Line of Elite Motors

Just Added, Built in Telemetry

The new Esprit Elite HD Outrunners have a built in telemetry sensor to measure the core temperature of the motor. They are offered in 30cc, 35cc, and 40cc equivalents.

Elite series motors are the culmination of years spent designing and testing in extreme environments. Motors feature hardened steel shafts, built in fans, and a large radial bearing designed to carry the load placed on the open end of the rotor. Elite T125 (Jeti EX, Graupner HoTT, Futaba S.Bus2) micro telemetry sensor is installed in the motor to measure core temperature. These features, combined with an easy to maintain and repair design, promise years of worry free use.

Elite Falcon ESC Fan Configuration

Automatic Fan Control Connection

The Elite Falcon Electronic Speed Controllers 145/200/220 contains a driven output for the external fan (5V, up to 300mA). It is activated as soon as the controller temperature reaches 55°C. Take a look at the diagram below to see how it is properly connected.

Note: If the pins are misaligned, a result of the fan spinning backwards (connected one pin over) or the fan running continuously (connector is upside down) will occur.

The EX-5 Just Got 1000x Better

Many of you may be familiar with the Elite EX-5 Serial Bus & Servo Channel Expander, but now we would like to introduce the EX-5 K. The EX-5 K offers all the same great features as the EX-5 (such as multiple protocol support, telemetry, gyro-stabilized servo outputs, and more) but comes in an easier-to-install design. All inputs are encased inside a sturdy plastic housing, complete with a pre-installed installation bracket.

New From Elite, The Voltario T70

Just When You Thought It Couldn’t Get Any Better

Introducing the Elite Voltario T70. Like the Voltario T60, the T70 is a high performance, digital dual redundant battery switch with advanced telemetry features and touch switch functionality. It combines a backup battery charging circuit and telemetry functionality in a single device. The T70 however, offers additional expander ports that are not provided by the T60. The T70 is offered in two versions depending upon your set up. One option supports dual batteries, the other supports ESC/battery combinations.

  • Intelligent dual battery backer/multiplexer with configurable voltage switchover threshold.
  • Touch switch function (included) or optional mechanical, sliding or wireless (R3/RSW) options.

Elite AMS Competition Altitude Motor Switch, Variometer & Altimeter w/Telemetry 

  • AMS RELEASE NOTES: VERSION 1.07
    • PowerBox P2Bus telemetry support has been added. Available telemetry values: Altitude, pressure, temperature, throttle output, off-altitude…
    • Configurable telemetry slots in S.Bus2 telemetry mode. Use the MAV Manager software to change the configuration. After changing the slot range please choose the “VARIO-1672” sensor type on the appropriate slot in your Futaba transmitter.
    • Configurable telemetry slots in Multiplex MSB telemetry mode. Use the MAV Manager software to change the configuration.
    • In the RC-E7 mode you can now change the shutdown altitude. Default shutdown altitude is 120m

Elite EX5 Serial Bus & Servo Channel Expander

  • EX5 RELEASE NOTES: VERSION 1.04
    • Improved compatibility with JETI EX Bus 24-channel mode.
    • Added PowerBox P2Bus support on Rx1/Rx2 inputs, including telemetry.
    • Added stabilization gain tuning. Using spare Bus channels, it allows you to assign up to 3 channels to control the stabilization gains of each model axis during flight. After you assign the channel operated e. g. by a potentiometer, the behavior will be similar to a standard gyro:
      • Potentiometer in the middle (0% ~ 1.5ms) effectively disables the stabilization since all gains will be set to zero.
      • Potentiometer to the left (< 1.5ms) activates the “Heading Hold” mode. o Potentiometer to the right (> 1.5ms) activates the “Normal” mode.
